Our Facilities
Heron's Nest was completed in 2007, primarily for individuals or couples. Overlooking Spirit Pond, it is fully furnished with a cozy living room, kitchen, bath, two bedrooms, deck and screened-in porch. A two-story Art & Writers Studio was completed in 2002. Because of increased demand for personal retreat space, the second floor Writers Studio is now the Garden Loft. There are about 4 miles of trails through various ecological zones with many benches and reflective spaces. A labyrinth for meditative walking has been created on the property. "The Way of Jesus", a meditative walk in a wooded setting, is also available to retreatants. There are 14 stations where you can reflect on the major themes of Jesus' life and ministry. Overnight accommodations are available for up to 16 persons. There is group space
for as many as 20 during the day. The tone is family style as compared to institutional
retreat centers. It is well equipped and provides very comfortable retreat space.
