What We OfferYou are invited to come as an individual or bring a group and do your own program. Individuals coming for personal renewal and reflection are provided a room and access to common facilities, or they may choose to stay in Heron's Nest which is our two-bedroom cabin with its own bath, kitchen and living room. Retreatants may prepare their own meals or join the community. They are invited to enter our community life by participating in such activities as Morning Prayers, time in nature, rest, play, working with art materials, writing, or physical work. In this way, they may discover a more life-giving rhythm of life when they return home. Resources for structuring retreat time are available. You are also invited to participate in the retreats that we offer. Typical topics include:
One-on-one spiritual guidance is available for a suggested modest donation. Usually lasting about one hour, spiritual guidance is a gentle process of listening and helping one to discern life patterns and the leading of the Spirit. Occasionally this is enhanced by an experience in art or nature.
